Hurricane Melissa devastated the physical island of Jamaica, but it couldn’t destroy the faith and resiliency of the people. Although they have made great strides in “getting back to normal”, there is still much to do.

Father Colin King, Father Maxwell Klug, and Brother Phil McCarter have been working tirelessly with volunteers and local organizations to not only provide the basic necessities, such as meals and personal hygiene products; but they also continue to persevere to keep initiatives such as accessibility to education and a medical clinic alive!

Please consider helping keep the Saint Anthony Soup Kitchen, Saint Mary Health Clinic, Get Kids in School Program, Get Kids in School Plus Program, and the Faith Formation and School operating.

We hope you will come join us – and bring friends – in a fun filled evening that will celebrate their progress, their continued efforts, and their beautiful dreams for the future! Every penny of your donation will go directly to the Franciscan Friars in Negril to sustain their Franciscan pastoral care, sacramental ministry and daily accompaniment.
